Deuki Hong Life story
Deuki Hong is executive chef and owner of Sunday Bird in San Francisco, CA. Growing up in New Jersey, he developed an interest in cooking during middle school and, at the age of 15, Chef Aarón Sanchez invited him to work in the kitchen at Centrico in New York City.
