Diaz-Bonilla, Eugenio

Eugenio Diaz-Bonilla is the Head of the LAC Program at IFPRI. He received a PhD. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University, as well as an M.A. in Economics and an M.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
