Ian Buchanan is a Scottish soap-opera actor who portrayed Dick Tremayne on Twin Peaks. His first major television role was in 1986, playing the role of Duke Lavery on the soap General Hospital. In 1997, he won an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his work on The Bold and the Beautiful.
