Dmitri Polyakov Life story
Dmitri Fyodorovich Polyakov was a Major General in the Soviet GRU during the Cold War, and a double agent who revealed Soviet secrets to American intelligence agencies. In the Central Intelligence Agency, Polyakov was known by code names BOURBON and ROAM, while the Federal Bureau of Investigation knew him as TOPHAT.
