Dolly Mixture

Dolly mixture is a British confection, consisting of a variety of multi-coloured fondant shapes, such as cubes and cylinders, with subtle flavourings. The mixture consists of small soft sweets and sugar-coated jellies. The origins of the name are uncertain.
