Dr. Weil, known as Dr. Vile in Japan and addressed by his followers as Lord Weil, is the true main antagonist of the Mega Man Zero series. While he does not appear in person until Mega Man Zero 3, his schemes during the Elf Wars had repercussions that lasted for the rest of the era.
