Earl E. Swartzlander

Earl Swartzlander is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Swartzlander joined the UT Austin faculty in 1990 after working for TRW Space and Defense in Redondo Beach, California.
