Edith E. Holiday

Holiday served from 1989 to 1990, by President Bush's nomination and Senate confirmation, as General Counsel of the Treasury Department, the first woman to serve as General Counsel. She was the recipient of the Secretary's highest award, the Alexander Hamilton Award.
