Eduardo Ávalos Life story
Biography. Eduardo Avalos was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1892, and, as a colonel in the Argentine Army, he joined the GOU and took part in the 1943 Argentine coup d'etat. He was one of the four colonels in charge of the GOU, and he opposed Juan Peron's political maneuvers.
