Eduardo Dorrance

Eduardo Dorrance, known to most as Bane, is a mercenary and the leader of the Delta Force, as well as an old military ally of Jim Gordon before Jim left the army. Sometime after, Eduardo and other soldiers were captured by the enemy on a mission and were placed in a prison known as Peña Duro.
