El Sayed Jaffa is the secondary antagonist of the 1996 film, Executive Decision. He is played by the late Andreas Katsulas. Nagi arranged his kidnapping as part of a plan to wipe Washington. He realised his intentions and cooperated with Washington in an attempt to stop him.
