Eldar Kuliev Life story
Eldar Kaisynovich Kuliev was a Russian Soviet film director and screenwriter. He was born in Frunze to Kaisyn Kuliev, an acclaimed Balkar poet and Maka, his Ingush wife, during the deportation of the Balkars to Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
