About Eli Mills
Eli Mills is the main antagonist of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. He was one of the residents of Lockwood Manor. A particularly acquisitive and manipulative man, Mills usurped Benjamin Lockwood's conservation plans for his own profit.
