Elias John Kwandikwa Life story
Elias John Kwandikwa was a Tanzanian CCM politician and Member of Parliament for the Ushetu constituency since 2015. He was a Deputy Minister of Works, Transport and Communications, until 9 October 2017. He then served as a Minister of Defence and National Service from December 2020 until his death in August 2021.
