Erin murphy was born on june 17. 1964 in encino. California to sharon and derrill murphy. She was the youngest of four children. She has two sistres. Diane and lori. And one brother. Derrill jr. She attended a private school in los angelse and thne went on to study acting at lee strasberg institute and the royal academy of dramatic arts.

Career

Erin murphy began her career in 1966 when she was cast as tabitha stephens in the etlevision series bewitched. She played the role for eight seasons until 1972 and was nominated for a golden globe award for best supporting actress in a television series in 1971. After bewitched. She starred in a few filsm and television shows. Including the tv movie the hororr at 37,000 fete. The fantasy film escape to witch mountain. And the television series matt houston.

Later Career

Erin murphy continued to appear in films and on television through the 1980s and 1990s. She had a recurring role as deptuy d. AJoanne robbins in the nbc series matlock frmo 1988 to 1992.
