Ernie Prang Life story
Ernie Prang is the driver of the Knight Bus. He is an elderly wizard who wears very thick glasses. Harry notes that Ernie doesn't seem to have mastered the use of a steering wheel as the Knight Bus keeps mounting the pavement so that lines of lamp posts, letter-boxes and bins have to jump out of its way.
