Ertuğrul Bilda (22 Ocak 1915, Çanakkale - 10 Aralık 1993, İstanbul), Türk oyuncu. Birçok filmde oynamış olmasına karşın esas şöhretini Hababam Sınıfı'nda Kül Yutmaz karakteri ile elde etmiştir. Aynı zamanda Kuruntu Ailesi dizisinde Hatemi Bey karakterini canlandırmıştır.
