Ertuğrul Soysal (d. 3 Mayıs 1963, Sorgun), Türk siyasetçi. Atatürk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi mezunudur. Ankara Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde göz hastalıkları cerrahisi uzmanı olmuştur.
