Eugene E. Habiger Life story
Eugene Emil Habiger was a United States Air Force four-star general who served as Commander in Chief, United States Strategic Command from 1996 to 1998. After retiring from the military on August 1, 1998, he served as Director of Security and Emergency Operations, U.S. Department of Energy, from 1999 to 2001.
