Brexit: Leo Varadkar says a, must say Ireland

The Republic of Ireland must stand its ground on the Brexit offer in the midst of a critical period in the political history, Leo Varadkar has said.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has confirmed that he will meet with the visit to Dublin on Monday with the taoiseach.

The Vice President's visit was originally due to take place on Friday, but was brought forward after it was announced that he was going to Poland to visit over the weekend

Mr Trump remained in the U.S.

Mr. Pence is due to visit the UK later in the week for a series of engagements and to discuss the Brexit Deadlock .
