Fernando Gomes Life story
Fernando Mendes Soares Gomes was a Portuguese professional footballer who played as a striker. He achieved great success with Porto, during the late 1970s and 1980s. In the Primeira Liga he represented Sporting CP as well, and also spent two years in Spain with Sporting de Gijón.
