Finster

Finster, voiced by Robert Axelrod, was a henchman of Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd. He resembled an anthropomorphic white Scottish Terrier. He is an old and wise scientist/wizard. He worked for Rita and Zedd and created monsters and weapons for them.
