About Flaouna
Flaouna is a cheese-filled pastry from the island of Cyprus, which may include raisins or be garnished with sesame seeds. Flaounes are traditionally prepared for Easter by Orthodox Cypriots as well as Ramadan by Muslim Turkish Cypriots.
