Fläskkorv

Fläskkorv is a Swedish sausage made largely or entirely from pork. Traditionally it is sold raw, and often served during the Christmas smörgåsbord. A typical accompaniment is rotmos, a dish made from mashed carrots, potatoes and rutabagas.
