Frances Constable Life story
Frances Constable, daughter of Marmaduke Constable of Wassand and his wife, Katherine Holme, was baptized at Sigglesthorne on 12 September 1568. She married firstly, as his second wife, Henry Cheke, son of Sir John Cheke and his wife, Mary Hill, at St Michael le Belfry, York on 7 January 1585.
