Description. Garone is killed by Niko Bellic at the request of Gerald McReary. When Niko finds Garone, he is beating an Albanian gangster to find out information regarding Tony Black's death. The hit on Frankie Garone was designed to damage relations further between the Ancelottis and the Albanians.
