Frank McNulty Life story
Frank McNulty is an attorney and former Speaker of the Colorado House of Representatives. McNulty was first elected in 2006 to represent Colorado House District 43. He was re-elected in 2008 and 2010, and 2012. He did not run for a 5th term in 2014.
