Fred Gardiner Life story
Frederick Goldwin "Fred" Gardiner, QC was a Canadian politician, lawyer and businessman. He was the first chairman of Metropolitan Toronto council, the governing body for the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto, from 1953 to 1961.
