A community platform called super sisters, is directed at young Muslim Women , has defended them from receiving a grant from the Home Office .

The Home Office said J-Go had received funding as of 2018. While the list of successful recipients J-Go does not contain, it is specifically the name super sisters.
"BSBT an open and transparent program that supports the local population in their important work to bring communities together, to promote the values underlying the fight against the spread of extremist ideologies," it said in a statement.
The platform was launched in the year 2015, in response to the actions of Shamima Begum , to connect fled Britain, the Islamic state group In Syria at the age of 15 years.
