Charlie Sheen's role in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" was originally much bigger. His character's name was Garth Volbeck and his family owned the towing company that towed Mr. Rooney's car in the film. In the original opening dialogue, Ferris gave a backstory on Garth and his family.
