Gato Dumas Life story
Carlos Alberto Dumas better known as Gato Dumas was an Argentine chef and restaurateur. He is considered by many the greatest chef in Argentina. He is also the founder of the largest culinary school in Latin America, the Gato Dumas Institute, with branches in Argentina, Uruguay and Colombia.
