Geoffrey Brooke Parnell Life story
Geoffrey Brooke Parnell was born in 1882 in Mallow, Ireland. He was the son of the honourable Arthur Parnell of the Royal Engineers and Mary Anne (Dunn) Parnell. Geoffrey became a major in the 1st battalion of the Royal West Surrey (Queens) Regiment. Geoffrey died on 15 Jul 1916 at High Wood in the Battle of the Somme.
