Geoffrey Wallinger Life story
Sir Geoffrey Arnold Wallinger GBE KCMG was a British diplomat who was envoy to Hungary and ambassador to Thailand, Austria and Brazil. He was a signatory of the treaty that ended the occupation of Austria following World War II.
