Georgy Garanian Life story
Georgy Aramovich Garanian was an ethnic Armenian Russian jazz saxophone player, bandleader and composer. He was the People's Artist of Russia in 1993. Born in Moscow, Garanian was trained at the Moscow Conservatory.
