Golam Rabbany Biplob Life story
Golam Rabbany BIPLOB (1974) is known as a cine-club activist and film festival organiser. He is the founder and director of the International Film Festival Bangladesh as well as secretary general of the International Federation of Film Societies (F.I.C.C.), the global umbrella of cine-clubs.
