Gordon James O'Connor, PC OMM CD is a retired brigadier-general, businessman, and lobbyist, who served as Conservative Member of Parliament from 2004 to 2015. He served as Minister of National Defence and then Minister of National Revenue in the cabinet of Stephen Harper.
