Grace Sanchez

Grace Sanchez is the biological daughter of Carlos and Gabrielle Solis and biological sister of Celia Solis she is also the legal daughter of Hector and Carmen Sanchez. She and Juanita were switched at birth by nurse Teresa Pruitt.
