As elderly mogul Grissly Morgan Palmor (Robert Barrat) is on the verge of dying, a group of heirs rushes to his estate to stake a claim to his fortune. He decides to leave it to his granddaughter, Katherine (Virginia Grey), who's been taking care of him.
