Gulbrand Alhaug Life story
Gulbrand Alhaug is a Norwegian onomastician and linguistics professor emeritus at the University of Tromsø. Alhaug studied at the University of Bergen. He has studied personal names in particular, and published the volume Norsk fornavnleksikon.
