Hanako Ishii Life story
Hanako was the wife of Richard Sorge, journalist and spy. The information that Sorge provided to Moscow was vital to its fortunes during the Second World War. Sorge was ultimately arrested by Japanese security police on October 18, 1941 and eventually excuted on November 7, 1944.
