About Harold Hill
Harold Hill is a suburban area in Romford in East London, England, 16. 6 miles northeast of Charing Cross, which is identified as a district centre in the London Plan. The name refers to Harold Godwinson who held the manor of Havering-atte-Bower. It is peripheral to London, forming an eastern edge of the urban sprawl.

London homicides highest for year
The Number of homicides has hit the highest number since 2008 when there was 154
The Number of killings in London has topped last year's total and is the highest annual number for More Than a Decade , police figures show.
