About Harrison Carter
Harrison Carter was the brother of Peggy Carter and father of Sharon who helped get Peggy treatment after she had mentally shut-down at the loss of Captain America. They were contacted by Doctor Faustias who claimed they could cure Peggy, when in actuality he wanted to use her to gain information on Captain America.
