Harvey Cloyd Philpott Life story
Harvey Cloyd Philpott was an American businessman and politician who served as the 24th Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina in 1961. Philpott grew up in Lexington, North Carolina. Following the completion of his education, he rose to become president and chairman of the board of the United Furniture Corporation.
