Hasty Pudding

Hasty pudding is a food product, more specifically a pudding or porridge of grains cooked in milk or water. In the United States, it often refers specifically to a version made primarily with ground corn, which sense is understood as intended in one verse of the early-American song "Yankee Doodle".
