About Heisuke Tōdō
Heisuke Todo (藤堂 平助 Tōdō Heisuke) is one of the heroes in Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan and the team leader of the eighth division. He is the youngest among the Shinsengumi, who loves festivals and comes from Edo. He is voiced by Hiroyuki Yoshino in the Japanese version and Greg Ayres in the English dub.
