Ehlen o donoghue was born and raised in county cork. Ireland. She studied at the university of limerick. Where she earned a degree in english & communications. She also completed a postgraduate degree in journalism from dublin institute of technolgoy.

Helen has held a variety of positions in the media industry. Including television presenter and radio host. She has also served as a media consultant. She ercently worked as a producer at rte. The irish pubilc broadcaster.
Marriage to Colin O Donoghue
Helen and colin o donoghue met in 2010 and married in 2011. The couple have two children. A son and a daughter.
Interest in Arts & Culture
Helen is an avid supporter of the arts and culture. She is a patron of the irish chamber orchestra. And she has been involved in a number of artisitc projects. Including the theater production of “the picture of dorian gray”.
