Helmut Dubiel Life story
1946'da doğdu. Bochum ve Bielefeld'de sosyoloji ve felsefe okudu. Doktora tezini Adorno ve Gehlen üzerine yazdı. 1989'dan 1997'ye kadar Frankfurt Sosyal Araştırmalar Enstitüsü'nün başkanlığını yaptı. 1992 ile 2009 arasında Giessen Justus Liebig Üniversitesi'nde profesör olarak çalıştı.
