Henry Clay Sloan Life story
Henry Clay "Harry" Sloan was an American lawyer and politician. He served two non-consecutive terms in the Wisconsin State Assembly. His father, A. Scott Sloan, and uncle, Ithamar Sloan, both served in the United States House of Representatives.
