Henry Tumukunde Life story
Henry Tumukunde is a politician and retired senior military officer of the Uganda People's Defence Forces. He ran as an independent for president in the 2021 Ugandan general election. He was the Minister of National Security in the Cabinet of Uganda, appointed to that position on 6 June 2016.
