Herbert J. Drane Life story
Herbert Jackson Drane was a U.S. Representative from Florida. Born in Franklin, Kentucky, Drane attended the public schools of Louisville, Kentucky, and Brevards Academy at Franklin, Kentucky. He moved to Macon, Georgia, in 1881, and to Lakeland, Polk County, Florida, in November 1883.
